Septemberlas Pest Control is a referral service. We sit between a worried homeowner and an independent local pest control provider. We do not spray, trap, inspect or remove anything. Providers in our network do that work.

Think of us as a switchboard at a busy office. We do not fix the problem. We make sure your request reaches someone who can.

Why We Exist

Most people wait too long. A few ants seem harmless. A scratch in the wall seems like the house settling. But pests grow in stages. We call it scout to colony. One scout finds food, leaves a trail, and soon many follow.

So this site explains the timeline. In the first hours, you may see a single pest. Within days, signs spread to more rooms. Within weeks, a nest can be well established and damage can begin. Knowing this helps you act while the fix is still small.

Who Does What

Here is the plain split of duties.

• The provider inspects, gives a written quote and does the work.

Any agreement about price, treatment or scheduling is between you and the provider.

How Providers Are Matched

When you send a request or call, we look at the type of problem and your area in the Forest Park area. Then we route it to a provider in our network who handles that kind of job. Availability varies, so we never promise a specific arrival time.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to be clear about what they find, explain options in plain words and give a written quote. Homeowners should feel comfortable asking about licensing and insurance directly. Those are the provider's credentials, not ours.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not perform pest control or wildlife removal.
• We do not set prices.
• We do not promise results or timing.
• We do not make insurance decisions.

How We Are Paid

We are paid by providers in our network when a request is routed to them. You are not charged by Septemberlas Pest Control to submit a request. Any cost for the work comes from the provider, and you should get it in writing before saying yes.
